Cell Phone Policy

Students must keep cell phones turned off during school hours. Students should not carry cell phones on them during the school day and they must be placed in their backpacks and/or lockers. Teachers have the right to confiscate cell phones if the phone is visible in any way and/or if students use their phones during the day. Confiscated cell phones must be delivered to the main office and given to the Manager of Strategy and Logistics or principal. Parents will be notified by the office and must come in to discuss the policy and retrieve the phone.

Please note, the Turner Elementary faculty and staff are not responsible for any lost or stolen cell phones. Please take the appropriate measures to ensure phones are secure. Please remind students of this as well. Lost or stolen phones will not be replaced (under any circumstance).
